There are no shipping costs on downloadable patterns.
To purchase downloadable patterns, please visit the product pages, choose the patterns to be purchased and click the download option, then add them to the shopping cart. When all selections have been made, proceed to the shopping cart to complete the transaction. Once payment is approved, an email confirmation will be sent which includes instructions for retrieving downloads (this will require returning to the knitspot site to login).
Once a downloadable purchase is paid for the user will have ONE DAY to return to the Knitspot Store to retrieve the product. The download will expire 24 hours from time of payment. Please note you have three attempts to download. In case of difficulties, please contact us for assistance.
Purchases of pattern downloads will be delivered as zip archives, to protect the file integrity. Users will need a software utility to "unzip" the archive and access the PDF pattern. This necessary software may be obtained from Free Download Center. Click here to be taken to that site and begin download.
Knitspot patterns are provided in PDF (portable document format) and are opened with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. This program is included as a basic program on almost all computers. If you do not have it, it can be downloaded for free here: Acrobat Reader.
Printed patterns are shipped via USPS priority mail, once payment is received, within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the size of the order. Shipping is currently calculated for the Unites States only; international orders will require us to invoice the recipient for extra postage in US funds (this cost may be as much as $2US extra per pattern).

We do not accept returns of patterns which have been delivered or retrieved via download.
